When operating, just need to feed metal strip and filler material to produce spiral wound gasket with inner ring or without inner ring from 15 mm to 500 mm gasket size. Product quantity, revolutions, gasket size and welding parameter like welding point quantity and position etc. is set simply by touch PLC screen interface.

After setting the gasket sizes in producing, the machine will stop automatically when the gasket size reach set diameter. In this way gasket quality is controlled strictly as set parameter and it make operate easily by preform processing of metal strip and automatic welding.

What Gasket Size the Machine Can Make:

Thickness: 4.5 mm (also suitable for 2.5 mm, 3.2 mm, 6.4 mm and 7.2 mm after changing roller parts, V shape winding or W shape winding)

Gasket Range: With Inner Ring or without inner ring spiral wound gasket from φ15-φ500 mm
